How do you handle refunds and returns?
We do not offer refunds on any of our downloadable products. However, we will happily repair or replace any files that may have become corrupt during the download process.
We do not offer refunds on opened CD or DVD-Rom products. If you receive a damaged or unreadable disc, we will gladly exchange it for the same title. Please contact us to request permission to return of your defective products.
In general, we will try to solve any problems you might encounter. We want to ensure that you buy the title best suited to your needs, that you are able to use it, and that you are happy with your purchase for many years to come.
I forgot my password.
If you forget your password, you click on the "Password Forgotten" link on the login page and request a new password. An email will be sent to you shortly with your new password. At this point you can login and change it to a new password of your liking.
My download link didn't appear after paying?
Provided that you did not select "CD-ROM" as the delivery option, your download link should appear on the page immediately after completing your PayPal transaction. It should also appear on you Order History page.
Although our instant download system is automated, from time to time errors may occur. If this is the case, first check your PayPal account to make certain that the transaction was completed successfullly, then contact us via email. We will verify your purchase and manually send you a link to retrieve your product.
