BROWSE OUR SHOP:
First, browse our shop by clicking on the category links in the left column or enter a keyword in the Quick Find Box to find exactly what you are looking for. You will then be presented with a list of relevant products.
ADD THINGS TO YOUR SHOPPING CART:
When you have found a product that you'd like to buy, click "Add To Cart". This saves your chosen product in your Shopping Cart. If you would like to buy more than one of your chosen product, type the number in the Quantity box of the Shopping Cart, then click "Update" to update the amount. If you would like to remove a product from your Shopping Cart, click your cursor on the Trash Can icon. If you would like to browse for more products, there is no need to click "Continue Shopping", just select from the menu again. Any items you currently have in your Shopping Cart will remain there until you buy or remove them. You can see which items you have in your Shopping Cart in the Shopping Cart box (right hand column). Otherwise, click the "Checkout" button to make your purchase.
GO TO THE CHECKOUT:
When you are ready to buy your chosen products, click the "Checkout" link at the top of the page or click the "checkout" button on the shopping cart page. If you are a new customer to SampleGiant, click the "Continue" button and simply add your contact details, choose a password and click the "Continue" button once more to proceed to the next stage. If you are already a SampleGiant customer (have previously registered or made purchases), click the "Sign In" button to log in with your email address and password.
CONFIRM YOUR DELIVERY INFORMATION:
If you are ordering a CD/DVD-ROM product, make sure that your delivery address is correct, then click "Continue".
CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD:
All of our website transactions are handled through our PayPal Payment Portal. Choose PayPal Express Checkout if you have a verified PayPal account or click the "Continue" button to pay by credit card or with an unverified Paypal account. In either case, you will be automatically taken to the PayPal website where you will have the option to sign into your account or pay by credit card if you don't have an account. The items from your cart should transfer over to PayPal, so you should see the product name and your total price.
CONFIRM YOUR ORDER:
Make sure that all the information is correct, then confirm your order by clicking "Confirm Order". You will be routed to the PayPal website to complete the payment process. After you have completed your PayPal transaction click the "Continue" button to return to our order confirmation page. On this page you will see your order number, a link to view and print your receipt, and if applicable, a link to download your product.
